Kriss (chief) lost 15kg in 4months.
Kriss came to me on recommendation. As a chef, he worked long hours and it was hard for him to find a good strategy for sustainable training. After a thorough analysis of his lifestyle and diet we developed a nutrition and training plan.
After four months Kriss lost 15 kg and built his muscles. It started with working together but ended with us becoming good friends. We still see each other on weekends.
