Putting "personal" back into personal trainer

I believe that there is no one-size-fits all approach to fitness. Let’s put the “personal” back intopersonal trainer. What I mean by this:

  • You hire a PT so they support you personally and individually, with a tailor-made training program, nutrition plan and other forms of support suited to your needs and preferences,lifestyle and personality, goals and limitations.

  • Although knowledge and skills are important, I want to emphasise the fact that the relationship you have with your PT is important too. We need to get on to work together.
